Poppy Irvine
Hygiene Therapist

Poppy is an award-winning dental hygienist and therapist, recognised at the Dentistry Awards as Best Newly Qualified in 2021 and Best Hygienist North in 2023, as well as receiving a commendation from the Prove Awards.
Keen to further her knowledge, she holds a Biomedical science degree and an MSc in Public Health. She has also completed Level 2 certifications with TGUK in understanding autism, counselling and the management of diabetes, supporting her holistic and inclusive approach to patient care. GBT qualified and passionate about preventative, evidence-based care, Poppy is dedicated to helping patients achieve long term oral health in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Poppy is an active member of the British society of dental hygiene and therapy and the college of general dentistry.
Alongside clinical practice, Poppy has a special interest in community outreach and oral health education, regularly delivering talks in schools and local community centres to improve awareness, access, and confidence in dental care.
